Poor Poor service

Good day, I was contacted by Telkom for a 10G data package per month plus a free wifi router, If I remember correctly it will cost me R199 or something like that (I cant check it because they deduct just what they want to) This month my debit order to Telkom was R510, How the hell does this work. So I phoned them to find out, but the lady that took the call said they will phone me back in 48 Hours. (Why do I need to wait 48 Hours, you have the system opened in front of you). Still awaiting for you call and its now 96 Hours later.
