Poor poor poor Telkom service

We have been with Telkom for over 40 years. December the phoned us and promised us a new wireless phone. It is now April. This phone has still not been delivered. We have been faithfully paying, but our handset is no longer working. When you phone you get no service anywhere. I phoned from my cellular phone and held the line for more than an hour. Nobody answers at the other end. Sadly disappointed at the poor level of service.
