Poor poor poor service from Telkom

Telkom app link with banks are down for 2 consecutive days. Airtime bought yesterday still does not reflect in my account. Went to a shop and was told to contact the call centre. Used my phone while in the shop and called the call centre who advised me to go to a shop. Neither shops nor call centre could resolve or give advise.
