Telkom has a Large amount of untrained staff who do not know the products Telkom has to offer and secondly it has a BUNCH OF people who do not care about the brand they wear on their hearts been Telkom. Telkom offers poor service as I have been waiting for 7 months for them to give me a line till today they have not given me a reference number. Telkom by MALL OF THE NORTH POLOKWANE IS THE WORST ..
