POOR POOR POOR SERVICE!!!!!

For about a week my dad's adsl line has not been working. After reporting it, thet sent Kobus to go have a look, whereafter he stated that everything was 100% at my dad's but that the fault was at Telkom "sentrale" itself. This morning, upload speed is zero and download speed between zero and one mbps.

We are so incredibly frustrated, sitting with a line we're paying for which nobody is doing anything to get it fixed!

HORRIBLE service!!
