POOR POOR POOR SERVICE!!!

I am 12 years now with Telkom mobile,so I did an upgrade on the 1st June and today is the 13th of June and no one at telkom can give me assistance on why it takes so long for the upgrade to be approve. This is very poor service from telkom,I never had this problem before,Telkom must be falling appart
