Poor Poor Poor service

<p>ive Been a loyal Telkom client for over 5 years now in those five years I've never given them problems instead they have by not taking money on time etc but that was like 3 years ago I got over that but the problem I have the most is when I have to upgrade or get a new line they take weeks to respond to me credit vetting me as if I'm a new client last week I called in to Upgrade cause that Phone was going to be a Surprise Birthday present for my GF (her Birthday is tomorrow) today is Thursday afternoon dololo phone and nobody ever came back to me to tell me anything I try calling sales I've given up cause they never answer and now my freaken surprised is messed cause you guys can't be loyal to me the way I've been loyal too you </p>
