POOR POOR POOR SERVICE

im an utterly dissapointed with the telkom service, i havent been able to recieve calls from landline numbers and its been two whol weeks, i made contact with telkom but no assistance, i was given case number but what does it help when the problem is not resolved, i told them i cant receive calls from landline number and provided an alternative number to call me on if they need ot contact me but they go ahead and call me on a number i have a problem on, how the hell is the issue going to be resolved, i need tis sorted urgently, i use this number for work and if im unable to get help i rather change the network provider and find someone will to be a provider to me, im totally dissapounted in the servide. i would never recommend Telkom to anyone ever again. POOR POOR POOR SERVICE, selfe service is also very pathetic it doesnt give other options like issues with network... POOR POOR SERVICE
