POOR ! POOR! POOR! customer service

Ir has bow been 3 weeks since i have received a call from Telkom offering me a hwaui pocket router on thier LTE plan. I called in 2 weeks ago request an update and was advised that there has been no further decelopment with regards to the application form that was submited on my behalf.

The agent advised me that she will get into contact with the agent who initiated the sale and process of the application.

To this day i have had no fees back from Telkom... instead the called me again to offer me another promotion.

I have no option now but to resort to this forum as i am getting no ware with the agents at the contact centee... its either they can not find my application or thier systems are down.
