POOR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, in fact cruelty at its best!

when you take a contract sale people wont tell you about spend limit, until they over charge you, when you make a query you will surely receive an sms confirming that they are busy with your query, meanwhile they will be busy billing you thousand of rand. i will never recommend anyone to use any contract with TELKOM no wonder its fading but hanging on the thread. i wont even encourage my kids to by 8ta as planned anymore. Instead of valuing their customer like 20years ago they dont care, BUT BE SURE THAT THEY WILL SUE YOU, your name will be destroyed!
