Poor planning

It is exactly two weeks now, we have been in and out of Telkom mobile store at Cresta. every time we get there to buy the wireless router. It is so disappointing that none of the customer services personnel know when the next stock of these routers will arrive. What is even more disappointing is the fact that we went from Cresta to Northgate still with no success. With our low performing economy is so amazing how our own state owned parastatals are so inefficient. Just for a router do we have to wait for weeks without any clear date as to when these routers will arrive? It is evident that wifi devices are on high demand, this should be an indicator that demand is high. We all know the basic law of economics i.e. Supply & demand, the bigger the demand the bigger the supply. Where is the supply? Where have u seen McDonalds out of burger patties? Telkom fix this!!!!
