Poor pathetic service from Telkom.

Relocate my number. After more than 30 working days this is Telkom reply to numerous calls. 1. 7 to 14 working days and your line will be installed. 2. You are in the backlog. 3. A installation guy will phone you within 48 hours. 4. Today 11June 2008. Here is a IT ticket number. Please phone us within 24 - 48 hours or after 7 days. How pathetic is this? I've been with Telkom for years. WILL I EVER GET MY LANDLINE??????????? Still waiting. Pathetic service. Will rate it 0 if there was such a choice.
