POOR & PATHETIC SERVICE!

Telkom is the worst mobile network in the country their service is poor and pathetic! i called in on Tuesday to regarding my contract account being suspended and i was told they will escalate the query as money was debit don my account on the 25/07/2018 of R963.00 for my other contract phone but they still went ahead and suspended my new contract phone, they advised that they will call me on Thursday afternoon and no one bothered to call me back till today! They taking us customers for granted and its unacceptable!!
