Poor Pathetic Performance

Totally pathetic service. My account is always debited earlier than the fixed date. Sometimes they charge me extra fees (R200) for every early debit and if my account doesn't have exact amount. This is totally unacceptable.

As a customer there is no after service Telkom claims that everything is done online but they have everything muddled. Not professional!

I tried contacting a telkom consultant but to my dismay nothing was seen too.
