POOR PATHETIC ***** AT TELKOM

<p>It all started with our landline not working at our organisation. Getting information from Telkom has been an absolute nightmare. The N1 City Store is absolutely useless. They could not assist at all with our query. The call centre is a absolute joke. Our landlime has been off for 2 weeks! and we run a business. We spoke to many agents in the technical department who kept placing us back in the queue. One agent even **** on a recorded line and gave us the name of a **** technician who apparently doesnt exist. The name of that agent is Siphosento. All we want to know is what is happening but we keep getting the run around The stores should just close as they are so unbelievably useless.</p>
