poor online service from telkom

About a month ago i took a device at the online shop, they called me so quick to get me to apply, already deducted the amount of the device from my account at few days from now they will probly deduct the second amount but still have not recieved my device....it was suppose to be delivered in 5-7 working days. Monday i will probly cancel it and if i havent recieved my device yet. So angry ...
