Poor (NO) service from Telkom

Telkom land line is out of service for 13 months after its been repeatedly reported and the account being paid on time a d in full. For the last 2 months NO WiFi and my data working out on a large amount as a result. Every time we phone Telkom every Consultant has another excuse for the problem. I will NEVER recommend Telkom and wil not extend my contract at all .... I hope someone will contact us after this !!!! Attached is a photo of the condition the cables are in in our yard
