Poor network service- Telkom

I have been experiencing extremely bad network service . My emails- telkomsa.net is constantly dropping and when calling the call center , i am assisted by improperly trained consultants. They regurgitate the same options. they obviously are not taught to understand and analyse the problem. They always indicate that the problem is a Microsoft issue.
