Poor network provider.

For over 2 years now I have had endless problems with my telkom adsl. I have reported numerous times for a slow line speed, running 0.4mbps and paying for 10mbps line dont bother getting your money back for paying for it. My router is close to packing up as I have to restart it about 5-6 times a day to try get over 2mbps which only lasts about 5min. No matter how many complaints iv logged it just gets put as resolved. Telkom is by far the worst network provide on the market!
