Poor Network Options

Its a few years now that we have complained about the poor network connectivity in our area. Robinvale Atlantis. Telkom sent out technician last year who came to our house to do a speed test and we got less than 1mb. Telkom forced many residents to replace their landlines with ancient mobile sim units as a result of all the cable theft apparently but then wanted people to still pay landline rental which is **************** charging landline rental when you have no line but a sim. You might as well just get a Cellphone with a contract at that costs they wanted. Needless to say they have lost hundreds of consumers who cancelled any ADSL packages and landlines. Many people in our area are switching to Sonic Telecoms for Fusion Fibre as no network provider can offer Fibre. Telkom has been stating Fibre will be available for years but nothing. I am not surprised as its another state owned entity that is not looking at the drop in business and doing nothing.
