Poor network coverage - Telkom Mobile
<p>Recently moved houses to Olivenpoort. The coverage is absolutely pathetic in this area. Logged a ticket with Telkom, My total bill with Telkom is around R1000 / month. (This will change if they dont get their act together)</p> <p>Telkom dont even have the decency to send out a technician to assess the area and recommend a network upgrade or even installing a new tower. </p> <p> </p> <p>As government owned enterprise, Surely they should have the best network?</p> <p><br />Telkom.. Please... invest in your infrastructure or you WILL loose many clients.</p>

The feedback on the email is not sufficient, it does not address my problem or your poor network coverage, and if I want to cancel, I am given a bill of about R7000. That is ridiculous!!!
Honestly, I was happy with Telkom. That is the reason why i have so many contracts with Telkom. I just need you to atleast consider putting up a tower in our area.
