Poor network coverage
My complaint pertains to the network division on Telkom mobile. What pathetic aftersales service. So much of my valuable time wasted speaking to the call centre . So many absent and impotent supervisors. So much of my own earnings wasted paying full contract fees and no attention paid to my needs and complaints. Many, many empty promises.

30 Jul 2018, 18:02Dear Bronwyn, the individuals I have delays with most recently incl Sibusiso Maphumulo who referred the matter to Moditja Sibeko at networks. I have sent emails to Moditja without reply. I was told on Friday when I spent more than 34 min to speak to Sibusiso that he was busy in a call. The individual whi took that call, ? Tshepo, told me to hang up and that Sibusiso would call me straight back. It never happened.
Is that an acceptable way to treat a client? I was infuriated. 34 min is a large chunk of time taken out of my morning. And I am a doctor. That call kept my patients waiting. Other than threatening legal action against Telkom I see no other solution right now.
