Poor Network Connection

I have been using telkom as a house hold router for the past 4 years but since last year the network connection is always unstable in doesn't matter it's early in the morning afternoon or at night the message pop up every 2minutes network unstable please check your connection. I think I need to switch to another service provider it's like I'm paying for nothing.
