Poor Network Connection

I am currently on Telkom network with a contract for two years. I seldom have full network and most of the time struggle to whatsapp my children. I cant even connect to the work wifi due to poor network connection. I am so frustrated at this point that I wont even consider renewing my contract or to even stay on the network
