Poor network and service

What de heng is going on with Telkom's network the last few months. Im loosing my data everymonth because I cant use it as there is most of the time NO network. Cant sometimes make or receive calls NO NETWORK. Please Telkom do you still want to provide a service or must I go to another provider???? Its pathertic
