Poor network and poor service

Telkom service is not as great as it used to be. I have bought data that I cannot use because of bad network. Network was good in my area and I never had any problems with coverage, all that changed and now all I have more than 200Gig on this number *** that I cannot use. I could not get help from the call centre. We are now porting away from Telkom with my family.
