Poor network

I ask that you please fix your network.i stay in Krugersdorp and the signal is poor.the signal was always great but the last week it turned bad.it comes and goes.when I roam on MTN it's great but on Telkom only I have no network.I have put my sim into another phone and it's the same problem.please fix this.
