<p>Good day, Regarding my contract,</p> <p>One of your consultants phoned me and stated that I'm due for an upgrade, I told him I'm not interested to renew the contract,</p> <p>Please note the following and refer it to your management, your cancellation department or wherever this email supposed to be sent:</p> <p>I don't want this contract to be renewed, I don't want a consultant to phone me to try and convince me to renew this contract, I had two years of trouble and poor services from Telkom, so I'm not interested to renew this contract,</p> <p>On the 18/01/2017 when this contract expires, I expect you(Telkom) to change this number over to prepaid in order for me to port out of Telkom, I don't want to hear anything about a month's notice, you can forward this request to the relevant department and they can keep it until it's time for a month's notice but I'm giving you now my two month's notice,</p> <p>I'll keep this complaint as proof and if my contract is not cancelled on the 18/01/2017 and put unto prepaid; then I'll not be liable for any charges that will be incurred after that,</p> <p>Thanking You,</p> <p>Johan Jacobs- identity number: ********** 209080, address: 18 April Crescent, Buffalo Flats, East London, 5209, alternative number: ********** 624</p>
