Poor network

Very disappointed with Telkom poor network, I sent an R100 Airtime to someone using FNB app still today that person haven't Received it. I tried to call the toll free number never got helped then I sent an email to complaint department still today never got respond. My R100 will be gone like that? Even to my transation history the proof is there an the number is Correctly.
