Poor mobile signal on Telkom network

Absolutely **** mobile data service no signal and I am three blocks from their Walmer Exchange.. Both phones with telkom data contracts same issue Spent 45min on 018180 eventually got a case number *** and that will only be attended to within 72 hours. What bull**** they want you to pay your contract and then when their **** network does not work properly they give you a 45 minute call just to open a case. The operators are slow and ask same questions repeatedly. She tells me the tower I work to is unstable....now really Will definitely cancel all my service with Telkom
