Poor mobile data contract service

<p>I took out a month to month 100GB sim only data contract with Telkom on 31 May 2016 , after doing my homework I identified the contract that would work for me, where Telkom uses MTN coverage (Telkom Smart Internet). I used the Fourways store to get the deal and constantly reminded the sales person of the contract I needed.</p> <p> </p> <p>After returning to the Free State I found the data was not working when I inserted the sim into my data device. I logged a call on 6 June, they identified the problem and stated my contract was captured as Smart broadband wireless 100GB, which only works on Telkom coverage. It would take 21 days to be attended to based on customer care.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>Customer care stated at the end of June that only Telkom store in Fourways could change the data deal type on the system and that they would ensure the store does this.</p> <p> </p> <p>After no response i decided to visit the branch again, but their system was offline on 1 July and they couldnt assist me.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>Can anyone assist me to get I touch with anyone who can help me to sort this out.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>My business is taking a huge strain because of this.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>I have already paid for the data but cannot use it.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>This is extreme poor service and need assitance asap</p>
