Poor LTE speeds with NO help

<p>Good Day</p> <p> </p> <p>i am getting Really bad LTE speeds from my smart broadband uncapped LTE, on a speed test my latency at best is 250ms where it used to be around 20ms and max 0,8 download speed and 0.2 upload , i have phoned a number of times and every time they say there is a turnaround time of 72 working hours, this is the slowest service i have ever seen in a company, i can no longer do any of my work and i am paying for a broken network, Telkom is quick to take my money every month but when i need support it takes weeks. </p>
