Poor LTE Speeds

I Signed up for the Smartbroadband Wireless Uncapped LTE package, received my router and sim card on the 23rd of Sep. Since the start of it my down speeds do not get past 2.5Mbps. I fall well within the towers coverage according to the maps, getting 5 bars on the router, my stats are better than some I've seem on the MYBB forums yet, they get speeds 4X mine. The tower is 565m from my house. <br> <br> I logged a fault on the 8th Oct, was asked to fill in a FAQ form. I've heard nothing since. On the site you advertise speeds of up to 90Mbps. I'm not even getting 1/10th of that. <br> <br> Please can you get someone to sort this out.
