Poor LTE network and no access to the internet

Telkom has to be one of the worst network providers we have in this already pathetic country for the past 2 days my lte network has been down both the wifi and phone sim card what is going on I have tried countless times to get help though I am just getting run arounds. I currently have no access to the internet though I have to pay for wifi I can't even use due to their poor network and our area covers lte what is going on.
