Poor LTE Connection (Congested)
If a property deliver develops a 100 properties but because of greed decide he is going to sell these 100 properties to 500 clients what is going to happen? Obviously this is going to backfire since the clients will be furious and the developer red-faced (if he/she has any human decency left).
But this is exactly what Telkom did in Highveld (Centurion) with LTE!
A while back when service started to deteriorate I got myself multi-sims added to my contract, got a load balancing router and connected three LTE routers with external antennas for each to the router. Thus, I aggregated 3 LTE connections in order to get 1 decent working internet connection.
That helped for a while but now it seems even this solution is not working anymore since Telkom is selling unlimited LTE contracts and LIT TV etc. while the network can’t handle this.
Telkom HQ is basically in Highveld and you would imagine living right next to Telkom would be advantageous but alas no decent internet option available. Fiber is not even on the “maybe in the future” map…
Even worse, if I would consider ADSL which is old (next to dead) technology they assume it is ok to ask the same price for that outdated connection as a state-of-the-art fiber connection?
How is it possible that decisions so bad can even be considered, much less implemented?

I've also noted that while I'm using data in the second data bundle from the "Double Data" deal I get hundred of SMSs stating my internet is paused since I'm out of bundle. I've disabled roaming as suggested but did not reset the router since it does not make any sense and the routers is not easily accesible just to try something. I'll do the reset if it will actually do something but why would it?

The problem is that the routers isn't easily accessible but since the problem is driving me nuts I just now when through the hassle of moving the equipment to get to the routers.
And would you believe, it did NOT work. Why don't you fix your issues instead of giving me the runaround with suggestions that is clearly not the problem...

2. The second bundle on the double data deal causes the constant “out of bundle” SMSs while there is still data on the second bundle.
Thus, I’m complaining about poor the connection on LTE when everybody starts using the internet in the evenings. And the system that temporally pauses my connection for lack of data while there are still data.
