Poor internet TELKOM

Bad service, bad internet, poor customer service. For more than a month every night after about 6pm till about 11pm the internet is so bad that one person can not even stream on youtube with a 20meg uncapped line. Everytime i phone regarding the same issue, they tell me the same old stupid phrase...."sir please switch off your router, let me reset your ports" OMG!!! This is cleary a Tecnical Telkom issue of some sort as i have 4 friends thats all on the same package as me with the exact same problem. WHY TELKOM!!!!????? Fix your **** poor internet! I am on a point of no return! Phoning does not help, technicians never phone you back. What must i do???
