Poor internet speeds

I am utterly disappointed in the service of Telkom!!! I have taken the uncapped bundle with them and I am paying monthly R917.00 only to receive 0.14mbps!!!!!!! Yet they advertise their packages as 10mbps I can’t even get a portion of that !!! I will never advise anyone to go ahead with Telkom as their service is poor and pathetic! When I approached a staff member of the Telkom store the person tells me to buy a booster package at R600 ??? So now to pay more on top of the R917.00 ! There is no way to cancel as well as they expect a full contract amount fee to be paid for two years . Poor service !!!!
