Poor internet speeds and zero support

Im constantly having issues with internet speeds in Telkoms "so called" Advanced LTE internet. I did a speed test an only get speeds of 0.5mbps and for this n pay R538 a month.....They also offer no support outside of business hours so you have to wait till Monday should you encounter issues over the weekend. And good luck getting through to someone during the week. You will be holding on for 20minutes plus unless you select option sales then an operator will quickly answer the phone to assist. So this seems to be Telkoms business model.....lock as many people into contracts as possible but after sales support is not a priority. Just sell sell sell!!
