POOR INTERNET SERVICE AND CONSTANT CALLS BEING LOGGED

I have logged multiple inquiries however Telkom service is really pathetic. We constantly DON,T Have internet service.

I log inquiries that sits over 2 to 3 weeks with Telkom ,general communication is send out. We are lucky if Technical tries to contact you by then ticket is open >3 weeks.

Please can someone urgently contact me with regards to poor service delivery !!!!!!!!
