Poor internet service

The worst internet service ever. I am without internet for the past two months now. Due to no signal from Telkom. I reported the problem numerous times without any help from Telkom. To contact them on their tollfree number is impossible as no one answers the phone or call you back. I am paying for a service that I do not get.
