Poor internet service

Ridiculously high ping almost every night and on weekends (400ms+). This starts around 6 o clock on weekdays till 12 at night, and starts as early as 9 o clock in the morning on weekends and usually last the whole weekend. i can no longer participate in the TELKOM do gaming league as a result of my TELKOM internet being this terrible. I i can understand shaping bandwidth on the odd night, but this is latency and has been occurring every night and weekend for the past 3 months!!! I am really disapointed in this shockingly terrible service not to mention the \non existent"customer support. Getting a hold of someone on the 10210 number is like winning the lottery these days. i would not recommend getting a telkom line to anyone"
