Poor internet connection

I am currently very fed up with telkom. I have had their uncapped LTE deal for almost 2 years now snd never have I experienced so many issues than this year. I pay for av10mbs line but lately I get less than 2mbs. I can not enjoy my internet because there is no connection. I have not received any help or guidance. I am in the process of taking this matter to the ombidsman and I will fight for my money back.
