Poor internet connection

I have internet for 1-3 days a month at a very slow speed however I am being billed monthly for but not receiving the service I’m paying for. Ridiculous how much Telkom is not looking at solutions for its very unreliable internet . Cancellation will cost an arm and a leg but at this rate I have no choice.
