POOR INTERNET AND DISGUSTING SERVICE

disgusting services, my business lte internet doesn't work for 4 weeks , ive been loosing money due to this and productivity at my office. Telkom advertises 40mb but they throttle us to 3mb speeds and when i log a complaint the technician promises to call at certain times but doesnt do what he promises. when i call the call center they say i must make sure im available when ever he calls me he is a busy person.
