Poor Insurance Service

Telkom Insurance service is very poor. it is now 3 months since my claim has been approved and excess paid but I have been taken from one pillar to post with regard to the delivery of the device. I have continuously been given wrong email address by the consultants. I have gone to an extend of even cancelling the insuarance
