Poor Installation and even poorer service to repair

Service in this modern day and time????? I am trying to get Telkom to fix up pathetically shoddy installation work, and I cannot get them to come to me on a date and time that is suitable to both Telkom and me. How simple is that. I have been told now on the umpteenth time that they will give me a date and the technician will come some time on that day, how great is that!!!!!! Telkom and their manager that I eventually got to speak too expects me to either sit at home, or expect a call and then go home and meet the technician yeah really! BTW I live alone and I work
