POOR INSTALLATION

Technicians came through for fibre installation but it was unprofessionally done. The cable is hanging loose from the wall. All packaging was left behind, unprofessionally done. I was told they have to go to another client and they will return to finish the job. They did not return and the installation is not complete. The job is half done. I'm not sure if they will come through and complete the unprofessionally done job.
