POOR FRUSTRATING SERVICE

We are a business in Port Elizabeth. Tomorrow it would be a week that we had no telephone or adsl telkom lines working. They just brush us off and refuse to commit as to when they are coming to repair the lines. We are loosing business, but what do they care. Obviously we will be concidering taking the business to a private company. Telkom on the same Eskom, SAA ect track?! POOR FRUSTRATING SERVICE!!!!
