Poor Finance and Billing Department/Refunds a mess

I am so utterly DISGUSTED AND FRUSTRATED with Telkom's Financial and Billing department. I have a refund of R1143.58 due to me since January 2023. I have received an sms confirming the refund will be paid within 7-10 working days. I waited for the period to run out and since today have not seen my money. This amounts to theft, and I want interest on that money that is mine which you are witholding Telkom mobile!!! I have called a million times, sent my bank statements, and absolutely nothing happens. Have 3 cases logged and it is just so frustrating and useless. I am cautioning everyone, do not take a contract with them!!!! Would appreciate some help here!
