POOR FIBRE SERVICE FROM TELKOM

On the 19th of February telkom install a fibre router with a blackbox in my apartment. This was after I upgrade my contract to a fibre one uncapped. Since that day nothing is working, no internet no nothing. Numerous call to them, nothing till now. They do not respond to nothing. they are my worst nightmare
